The Ask

To bring to life the visual identity for Little Kitchen Academy, a first of its kind Montessori-inspired cooking academy for children ages 3-18 with a core franchising arm. The team wanted a brand that was aligned with their mission to provide a safe and empowering environment for children to learn the skills and healthy habits required to feel independent and confident in the kitchen.

Tasked with the goal to create a brand that not only inspires confidence in its community but also inspires others to want to own a franchise, hours were spent discussing the mission and what the client wanted to achieve. With methodical research in-hand, I crafted a logo that did more than look beautiful. The baby bird motif served as a physical embodiment of their mission to shape the health and wellbeing of the next generation. This unique and expansive brand story ended up being a key factor in their success in doubling their franchise locations within one year.
