How do I get started?
After completing the client application, you'll hear back within 48 business hours (M—F). If your project is a good fit, a consultation call will be set up to discuss details. From there, you'll be guided through the studio's booking process.
Availability may vary, but we typically book 2-4 months in advance for brand projects. It’s best to reach out as early as possible to secure a spot.
How long do projects typically take?
A typical brand project spans 6-12 weeks depending on the scope. Adding additional services like copywriting, print production, web design, photography, or video production may extend the timeline and require additional consultation.
For certain services such as web development, SEO and copywriting, Jennifer has built a strategic network of talented experts in their respective fields to partner with as needed.
do you offer payment plans?
We understand that branding is a significant investment, and therefore we offer flexible payment options. In most cases, we require a 50% deposit upon signing to reserve your spot in our calendar, and the remaining balance is then billed over the course of the project, which typically lasts between 2-4 months.
do you offer just a Web or Logo design package?
The short answer is no. We believe in providing comprehensive solutions that go beyond just a logo or a website. Branding is at the heart of everything we do. Our goal is to help you communicate clarity and value to your audience through strategic brand identity development, which ensures that your investment will serve you for years to come.
What website platforms do you use?
As every project has its unique set of requirements, we usually schedule a consultation with our developers to determine the best platform for your specific needs. Although we have experience in Showit, Squarespace and WordPress development, we generally prefer Webflow for service-based businesses and Shopify for e-commerce businesses. Nonetheless, we remain flexible and strive to find the optimal solution that suits your project requirements.
